Vew takes care of the flow of customers and provides communication and management tools, so you have the freedom and flexibility to take on as many or as little projects as you like!

We strive to make the process of you getting paid as quick and easy as possible. Part of this is getting the necessary information to you up front and minimizing the back and forth, so you have a clear understanding of the project requirements. There is a simple sliding scale of payment based on the complexity of the experience.
Make your own schedule
Vew will take care of bringing new clients to the table. Based on your expertise and access to specific tools, we will let you know what projects are available. From there, you can let us know what your expected cost and timeline will be. You can pick and choose what projects interest you and work as little or as much as you want!
AR content creation is a constantly evolving space. By becoming a Vew design partner, you will get informed about the latest software, plugins, and asset management tools which will allow you to create the latest formats and ultimately help expand your services. More on this later!
We are committed to making the AR creation process as simple and straightforward as possible to make sure you can focus on what you do best. Vew will provide you with pre-qualified projects which best suit your skills. By giving you relevant projects, helping manage your assets, facilitate the communication with the client, and bringing you up to speed on the latest developments in the industry, you will be able to create more efficiently. This will result in more earnings, less screen time, and a better work/life balance.
1. Apply to become a partner either below or on the app.
2. Download the Vew app for the iPhone on the Apple App Store or from here.
3. Navigate to "Create AR", then tap on Assisted Capture.
4. You will receive a notification on your phone once a new project becomes available.
5. Once you've completed your first project, you can request for your starting compensation rate.
6. From then on, when you receive a new project, just let us know the number of hours it will take to complete as well as your turn around time.
7. As we learn more about your talents, we will provide you with more relevant projects!

Technical Requirements

Some experience working with CAD software like Blender, Maya, Z-Brush, or any industry standard tool of your choice.

Some experience building low-poly models.

PBR rendering skills with the ability to create high quality texture maps, normals, ambient occlusion, roughness, reflectivity and more.

Animation experience is a bonus, but not necessary.

A passion for creating quality content.

A willingness to complete projects within a said timeframe.

iPhone 6s or newer, or an iPad 2nd generation is strongly recommended.

Compressed, Browser Based formats
Creating over the network accessible experiences is a great way to add more value to your hard work. The GLIF format has been around for a while and is supported by many industry tools. The newer, more capable .usdz and .reality formats are at this time not as widely accessible to designers but provides the best results. Use these tools to create this new format! A new way to build AR experiances
Apple, the leading innovator in AR, has released this new intuitive application which allows for even richer experiences. Get it for your iMac, iPad or even iPhone and we will'll support you as you learn. Though Vew, we'll provide you with paid opportunities to deliver some amazing experiences as you continue to develop your skills!
Create for Social
Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat are amongst other major companies pushing AR creation forward. As part of this initiative, they've released desktop tools to create "filters", which are essentially AR experiences. Download their tools, use them and learn how you can motion track, face tack, and though Vew publish these to end clients. The demand for these types of experiences are growing at a rapid pase, creating more opportunities for designers like yourself to earn doing what you love!
